3M Hypo-Allergenic Surgical Tapes

Micropore™ Paper Surgical Tape is a highly porous paper tape designed for maximum oxygen flow to allow air to reach the skin and moisture to dissipate. Breathability, adhesion, and gentle removal increases the patient's comfort.
Blenderm™ Surgical Tape is a no vapour transmission tape which is transparent. Stretches and conforms well around swelling tissue and joints.
Transpore™ Surgical Tape is perforated for easy tearing and porous for greater breathability. Conforms and stretches to accomodate body movement. Transparency allows for regular monitoring of the dressing.
Microfoam™ Foam Tape is recommended for compression applications, and is effective for securing dressings on irregularly contoured sites. Stretchable backing subjects skin to less mechanical tension and pulling than non-elastic tapes. Provides a barrier to liquids and bacteria, though it still allows for the transmission of the skin's moisture vapour. |
