Pure Flow™ 1000 Emergency Eye Wash Station

The ultimate in primary self contained eye wash station that complies with ANSI Z358.1-2004 relating to Emergency Eye Wash equipment. No solution mixing is required, the safety-sealed, ambient room temperature Eyesaline cartridges last up to 24 months - this is up to four times longer than any other refill solution. Since weekly flushing or semi- annual solution changing is not required you'll save $$$ on refills and labour. When your system does need servicing, it takes five minutes or less to replace the solution delivery modules. No mess, no fuss. How It Works The two 3.8 gallon cartridges, hoses, and nozzles are one replaceable, integrated safety sealed unit which guarantees a non-contaminated Eyesaline® wash. The new nozzle design provides a soft ribbon flow of solution at an ambient temperature when activated. As the integral waste reservoir fills, the built-in pressure compensator exerts an equalizing force on the emptying cartridges. This pressure balancing system ensures a constant flow that exceeds 0.4 gpm for the entire 15-minute flush as per ANSI Z358.1-2004 requirements. The expiration date is displayed on the pull strap, and when the delivery modules have been emptied, the words, "Warning Service Immediately" appears. Both of these features enable the unit to be visually checked without disturbing or disassembling the system. All of these unique features make the Pure Flow™ 1000 Emergency Eye Wash Station the safest and most reliable Eye Wash Device available. Do not be fooled by other brands of self-contained eye wash units, Fend-all's durable Porta-Stream ll 15-minute Eye Wash unit, made of FDA approved high-impact polyethylene, ensures ease of use. The unit's design allows the injured individual to lean against it without the worry of breaking off a flushing tray or nozzles. There are no hoses to be pinched, just a pull of the patented nozzle strap and the unit is activated, leaving the hands free to hold the eyelids open. This unit releases a criss-cross stream of room-temperature flushing solution. A locking cap reduces the risk of tampering with solution. This primary unit is SEI certified to meet all ANSI Z358.1-2004 requirements for an emergency eye wash device.  Requires no plumbing. Porta Stream III Arctic (Model 310) Porta Stream III has all of the Porta Stream II features but is designed for indoor/outdoor use. It holds 16 gallons (61L) of Eyesaline solution at a thermostatically controlled average temperature of 72°F (22°C) and will work in temperatures down to -32°F (-35.5°C). The unit is protected by a fitted, insulated cover and warmed by twin 600 watt heaters controlled by two thermostats for maintaining solution temperature and has a safety over-ride to prevent over-heating. Three lighted indicators tell whether power is on, heat is on, or of a malfunction. Comes with 5' power cord plugs which requires a grounded 110 volt, single phase, 60Hz, minimum 12.5 amps electrical outlet. Universal Eye Wash Cart The Universal Eye Wash Cart provides portability for self-contained, gravity-fed emergency eye wash stations, including the PureFlow™ 1000, Porta Stream units and most other brands.  Classic hand-truck design ensures easy movement to hazard sites.  Allows portability of gravity-fed, self- contained emergency eye wash stations the mobility to provide flushing where temporary hazards exist, such as loading docks, shipping areas or while unloading potentially harmful liquids. 28 gallon waste container securely fits onto the cart for those units needing waste collection.
